Position: SFDC Developer

Location: right next to the DFW airport

This is a true 3-4 month contract to hire – plan is to convert by November 1

 

Skype/video hire will work for non-locals

Salesforce Engineer with extensive delivery experience in onshore & offshore model and must have Lightning experience, CPQ is a plus (they use Steelbrick/Salesforce CPQ).

 

 

Sr. Salesforce Developer

The SFDC Business unit is looking for candidates for the position of a Senior Salesforce Lightning Developer to work full time in Dallas, TX. Developer will be working with our core team supporting Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud, as well as CPQ, in a production environment.

 

Primary Skills

• Review Epics/User-stories, clarify requirements and Estimate user stories
• Design and Build Reusable Lightning Components
• Develop Salesforce functionality using out-of-the-box Configuration as well as customization
• Strong experience in developing custom lightning components on lightning framework (Preferred)
• Perform independent code reviews and certify code developed by self and other junior team members on the project.
• Ability to effectively debug and resolve technical issues and/or defects.

 

Qualifications Required

• 5 – 8 years of total IT experience with at least 4+ years of Salesforce project development experience
• Strong development experience in Lightning Design System (LDS) and Lightning Components Development
• Strong Salesforce customization and configuration experience
• Well versed with customization and configuration best practices
• Hands on development experience using Salesforce configuration and customizations using Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, Scheduled and Batch classes
• Integration experience using integration techniques - REST, SOAP APIs, Auth and Single Sign-On.
• Ability to migrate Salesforce classic features to Lightning experience, including converting Visualforce pages to lightning components and / or using Lightning Design System with Visualforce pages.
• Knowledge of Product Development Lifecycle and DevOps Tools like Metadata API, GIT, Ant, JIRA etc.
• A thorough understanding of Salesforce Deployment Process and tools like SFDX, ANT and Force.com IDE.
• Ability to work collaboratively in Agile Environment Preferred
• 4 years of development experience with Salesforce
• 2 years of development experience in Lightning
• Good knowledge of JavaScript frameworks like Angular, Bootstrap etc.
