Please go through the requirement if this is of your interest than please revert me with your updated resume and below details ASAP.     Business System Analyst Cedar Rapids IA Long term 1 year Local Preferred   Duties, responsibilities and skills Collaborate with internal business customers to identify the business goals and solicit business requirements Meet with customers to solicit requirements Go beyond taking requirements, work to understand their intent and the objective of what they’re trying to achieve Create clear, concise documentation using good grammar that is easy to understand by the customer and the technical teams Start soliciting requirements at a high level and through progressive refinement further detail out the requirements Drive the requirements process to meet the timelines Ensure there is sufficient detail and clarity in the requirements that estimates can be given, code can be designed and developed, and test cases can be developed and executed This includes standard SDLC documentation as well as business-centric documentation to facilitate shared acceptance of business goal solutions   Strong BSA skills This means gathering requirements with customers and documenting them Very good in the documentation, good in defining things with proper grammar. He should be able to capture the requirements properly and draft them. Need to understand what customer intends to do in the proposed system and what is happening in the current system. Excellent verbal and written communication skills The writing style needs to be concise, clear and unambiguous Ability to get to the customers’ intent, not what they’re asking for Experience with Use Cases and Agile User stories is preferred Good SQL skills to interrogate data to understand the current systems data and how the data flows Prefer finance experience   Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Finance, or IT) or equivalent education/experience  10 years of industry experience in business systems analysis Agile experience   Working conditions Normal office environment.
