Job Description:  
 
Responsibilities
 
  • PeopleSoft HRMS techno-functional experience in Pension and Core HR modules
  • Provides technical advice and assistance to management and technical staff in matters relating to PeopleSoft pension administration, Core HR programming activities.
  • PeopleSoft HRMS Required, version 9.2 desired
  • Good understanding of how data flows in different PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) modules (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Pension Administration)
  • Expert knowledge of the PeopleSoft Internet Architecture, People Tools 8.55+ PeopleSoft HRMS 9.2
  • Experience with PeopleSoft PUM upgrades and TAX updates from a HR BA as well as technical standpoint.
  • Extensive programming experience with Peoplecode, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, Business Interlinks, Webservices, XML Publisher and SQR.
  • Strong knowledge of COBOL for PEopleSoft and comfortable in debugging as well as modifying code.
  • Knowledge of Integration Broker, Web Services and integration with third party applications is preferred.
  • Experience with SQL on any database (ORACLE,)
  • Development platforms: Windows, UNIX, and Linux.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
 
 ·         BE and Masters in Computer Science
 
Preferred qualifications 
  • Hands on experience with PeopleSoft Benefit Administration and Core HR module is highly desirable.
  • Prepares detailed analysis, plans, diagrams and procedures within a technical design document to existing and proposed PeopleSoft applications        
  • Must have strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work closely with business owners to clarify project scope and specifications, including providing and evaluating alternative options where appropriate.
  • Must be flexible and able to work independently or in a team environment
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Independent and self-motivated with the ability to handle Team and multiple tasks
  • Ability to prioritize, take initiative and work well under pressure
  • Experience with full software lifecycle (requirements, analysis, design, construction and testing) in Agile/Scrum environment
  • Ability to independently translate business requirements analysis into technical design specifications and development
