· Result-oriented Technology Lead professional with more than 9+ Years of experience in Data Warehousing and ETL concepts. Able to lead application design, integration, development and testing.

· Work experience with data load performance tuning in Informatica and Teradata. Also, experienced in Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Testing and Support of Data Warehousing and Data Integration Solutions using Informatica and Teradata. Been part of diverse projects like Migration, Development, Auditing, Maintenance and PROD support.

· Developing ETL program for supporting Data Extraction, Transformations and Loading using Informatica which includes automating data loading processes as well.

· Design ETL processes and develop source-to-target data mappings, integration workflows, and load processes that assist in implementing enterprise-class data warehousing solutions. Document designs and architect data maps develop data quality components and establish and/or conduct unit tests.

· Well versed and certified in Agile work environment, attending daily Scrum meetings and completing Sprint deliverables on time. Lead projects within architecture. Work with Product Owner/Business Analysts to understand functional requirements and interact with other cross-functional teams to architect, design, develop, test, and release features.

· Engage with Business Stakeholders to understand required capabilities, integrating business knowledge with technical solutions. Conduct analysis of alternatives for different technical solutions and able to communicate the strengths and weaknesses of each ETL solution. Conduct and participate in meetings with owners of key system components to fully understand current data and systems environments. Elicit, analyze, interpret business and data requirements to develop complete business solutions, including data models (entity relationship diagrams, dimensional data models), ETL and business rules, data life cycle management, governance, lineage, metadata and reporting elements.

· An excellent team player with a positive attitude, Strong communication, problem-solving skill. Able to solve complex problems and ability to work on multiple projects/tasks simultaneously to meet project deadlines as required.

· Liaise with offshore team and clients for resolving technical dependencies, issues, and risks. Assist in production support by resolving source data issues and refining transformation rules

· Excellent communication skills and have extensive experience in client interfacing skills for last 8+ years.

· Moderate knowledge in Banking and Healthcare domain.

EDUCATION:

· Bachelors in Electronics and Communication from BPUT University, India, 2010.
