Title: UX Designer Duration: 6 months Location: on-site Richmond, VA UX designers to aide in the UX wireframes creation as well as create UX standards for Client Clear UX design process ,angular or any ui framework Experience conducting user research studies and synthesizing results Ability to sketch and explore alternative solutions quickly Familiarity with usability heuristics and best practices Good working knowledge of core interface and interaction design principles (typography, grids, hierarchy, mobile first, responsive, patterns, platform conventions, accessibility standards and so on) Ability to create intuitive and engaging user flows Solid experience with a variety of design and prototyping tools such as Axure, Sketch or Invision. Ability to prioritize your workload and perform effectively to tight deadlines Ability to communicate your ideas clearly and confidently to peers, partners & customers Comfortable receiving constructive feedback A flexible, positive, solution orientated, can-do attitude | | | |
