Title: Datastage Administrator Duration: 6 months Location: Dublin, OH DataStage Administrator responsibilities:  • Perform environment monitoring capacity and performance tuning  • Performs system level and application level tuning and other DataStage administration activities  • Supports the application development teams for DataStage needs and guidance  • Liaises with product vendors and technical specialists to resolve issues.  • Manage, support, configure, install, upgrade IBM Information Server Environment version 11.0 and higher  • Assesses current technical architecture; estimate system capacity for near- and long-term processing requirements •  Supports and troubleshoots production systems, optimizing performance, resolving production problems, and providing timely follow-up on problem reports related to Datastage env.  • Backup/DR Processm Must be ready for On call. Outage/Reboot Process (Pre / Post Outage activities)  • User Access  • Creation of new users, Assigning access to users and groups, Removal of users and access  • Upgrading/degrading the security/access of the users  Qualifications:  • A Bachelor˙s degree in IT or a related field  • 3+ Years of experience as Datastage Administrator  • 5+ Years of IT experience  • Performs Datastage installation and applies maintenance patches
