The role is open in DevOps team which handles all build/deployment/environment needs for the largest program for one of the US retailers. Objective of this program is to deploy Point of Commerce solution to 1200+ InStore servers spread across nation which will be the primary connection for 20k+ Point of Commerce devices which will be used to transaction sale & return.

A DevOps engineer with 6+ years of experience is needed with below skills:
Ansible,

Puppet,

Shell & Python,

SyncThing

Splunk,

git, branching & merging,

Preferably with DSL & Groovy.

SyncThing, SQL

Average day in the life of this role: Work on automation & support Production deployments.
Main duties/responsibilities and any tools/technology needed for this role:
o Identify automation needs and drive the automation work
Handle automation responsibilities for ongoing release from DevOps stand point.

Enhance Production Change process
No Travel or Expenses will be paid ? Role is strictly on client site- no opportunity for remote work.
