Detailed Job Description:
1 Gather Knowledge of the existing Salesforce Landscape at MKS.
2 Lead and coordinate Sales force engagements at MKS working with Business and IT.
3 Guide the MKS team on best fit solutions and way forward.
4 Advise the MKS Business and IT Team on the improvements and suggestions in the Salesforce domain.
5 Work with the Salesforce team at MKS and help triage work requests and support tickets to Infosys offshore team.
6 Work on high priority support tickets as needed with support from MKS busine
Minimum years of experience:5+
