Job Description:-
· Using PMO best practices and standards, partner with the Microsoft product/program managers to facilitate a project management process to fit their needs and oversee and execute on that process/plan.
· Create, maintain and control the project schedule and dashboard, facilitate meetings, and proactively identify risks to the project.
· Shepherd the Project Team through the Release process, being mindful of all requirements. Facilitate program communications, identify and implement continuous improvement practices, and provide regular status reports as required.
· Graphic Designer/E-Pro (Electronic Production) Specialist to capture prototype US104 layout from MSFT ID and create, manage proofing, and release a complete sets of localized keyboard layouts per program.
· Using established Microsoft best practices and specifications, provide support and files for all MACH/PCA, Surface, and XDM programs.
· Create a robust toolset and vetted set of resources to allow additional scaling, including XDM, so that the process becomes more repeatable and is executed consistently across product groups
