Mandatory Skills
· Service delivery support person with Team center PLM skills
· Team center PLM skills with Document Management Knowledge
· Team center PLM with AWC expertise
· Experience on supporting applications on L2/L3
Job Roles/Responsibilities
· Prepare & Present the weekly status reports to the customer
· Drive the internal initiatives on Automation, Transformation & Innovations
· Provide technical mentoring for the team on critical issues
· Attend P1/P2 issue calls, coordinate with customer and vendor to identify the issues
· Communicate to the business about the tickets that are being worked upon by offshore and onsite teams.
· Work with managers (CSM) to provide regular updates on all the critical tickets & Minor Enhancements that the team is working upon.
