Job Title : Salesforce Veeva
Location: Austin,TX
Work Authorization : Any Visa Except OPT
Experience: 8 – 11 yrs
• Proven successful delivery of a Veeva implementation at a Pharma company
• 7+ years’ experience for the delivery of solutions for Veeva/Salesforce platform
• Configuration and administration of PromoMats: Vault, workflows and PromoMats portals
• Global Implementa tion of Veeva & Veeva Vault PromoMats systems
• SME for Vault & Vault PromoMats understanding how to maintain, upgrade and change the system in line with business and IT requirements
• Owning support process and providing support of legacy promotional material tools and Vault PromoMats tools
• Serve as the technical and functional expert on the Veeva PromoMats
• Participate in requirements gath erring efforts (Business Process/Functional and Technical Specifications) for the Veeva PromoMats application.
• Solid knowledge of Vee va Configuration and administration
• Veeva CRM Admin, Veeva Prom oMats & Salesforce certifications for developer track (e.g. Admin, Platform Builder etc.) is a must
• Work as a Technical Lead and provide technical guidance to the team
• configuration and administration of PromoMats: Vault, workflows and PromoMats portals
• SME for Vault & Va ult PromoMats understanding how to maintain, upgrade and change the system in line with business and IT requirements
• Solid knowledge of Veeva CR M & Veeva PromoMats Configuration and administration
• Work indepen dently on Development work assigned
• Design a solu tion and organize design review session
• Work with Cus tomer Architects to review any solution
• Perform Hands On Development work
Secondary Skills
• Veeva CRM and Veeva PromoMats technical and subject matter expertise
• Veeva PromoMats architecture, solution design, and configuration
• Data integrations and Veeva proc ess knowledge, including Content Management
• Veeva Vault, Approved Email, CLM Presentation, Content Management
• Knowledge of Salesforce and/or Veeva CRM an advantage
