Job Description:-
· Should have minimum of 8+ years exp in IT mainly on ERP products.
· Good functional knowledge on Core HCM, compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking , Expense modules
· Should have atleast 2 years experience in WorkDay HCM with time tracking , expense , compensation , payroll modules
· Hands on Business process configuration, EIB, Reports creation with tools- report writer, BIRT , worklets/Dashboards, Analytical reporting
· Should have very good experience of requirement gathering ,building, testing of workday reporting for large customers.
· Implementation or Support projects experience is a must.
· Should have good communication & client facing skills.
