Please find the requirement below for “.Net Technical Lead” located @ Irving, TX We are currently looking for a Technical Lead to join our expanding development team. This is a hands-on, multi-functional role in which you will work directly with clients as a trusted consultant to solve business problems using technology, design creative and efficient solutions, write everything from user stories to code, take ownership of projects, and lead a team of developers from kick-off through delivery. We are a team of highly motivated self-starters that strive to keep up with the changing technological landscape and we’re looking for candidates that share those traits. NOTE: Need Local consultants local to Texas who can attend In-Person Interview. What You’ll be Doing - Gather and analyze requirements through observation, interviews, and workshops
- Design the technical architecture to meet projects needs and goals
- Identify features, write user stories, document and validate acceptance criteria, and estimate work in an agile fashion
- Lead a team of developers and participate in the development of the solutions
- Manage client expectations
- Scale, enhance, and maintain solutions
Education, Experience, and Skills: - Must have experience in all aspects of software project delivery
- Must have experience as a team lead
- Must have excellent knowledge of C#, ASP.NET MVC WebAPI, Entity Framework or similar ORMs. .NET CORE expertise preferred.
- Must have strong working knowledge of common design patterns and OOA&D
- Must have experience with SQL databases (NoSQL a plus)
- Must have great communication skills
- Modern web development is advancing at breakneck speeds in order to deliver better experiences more efficiently. Successful developers must be able to identify and rapidly learn new technologies.
- Experience building single page applications (SPAs) using frameworks such as Angular (4 and above), React, Riot, Ember, and/or Knockout a big plus
- Proficient with CSS3, as well as CSS metalanguages such as SASS and LESS
- Love it or hate it, JavaScript is the language of the web. Successful developers must know the language well, understand how to write maintainable code using module patterns, and should hopefully have some experience with Latest ES standards and TypeScript
- Understanding of web performance optimization
- Experience writing and managing automated unit and integration tests strongly preferred
- Experience with npm, bower, Grunt/Gulp, and related tools preferred
- Experience with distributed caching systems including Redis and memcached
- Proficiency with Git and/or other source control systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
