Job Responsibilities:

· Accountable for the successful initiation, planning, monitoring, control and closure of a project.

· Must know how to manage Agile and Non- Agile Projects.

· Coordinates with Operational Excellence PMO to conduct activities in a consistent way and to ensure objectives are achieved.

· Develops, maintains and reports on integrated project plans, deliverables and timelines.

· Engages appropriate partners to drive work and deliver against expected outcomes.

· Serves as primary contact to senior leaders and business owners

· Identifies and escalates risks and issues.

· Communicates, influences and negotiates both technically and functionally to obtain or leverage necessary resources.

· Accountable for analyzing present-state processes and pain points, developing approaches or design sprints for potential solutions, developing comprehensive business cases for improvement recommendations and facilitating approval processes.

· Creates a clear, coherent approach and framework to guide effective program/initiative setup, execution, and control.

· Ensures clearly defined responsibilities and accountabilities for key program/project roles.

· Integrates knowledge of end-to-end business process into program planning and decisioning processes.

· Accountable for program/project budget and related forecast accuracy.

· Directly manage global delivery team.

Job requirements/Skill Set:

· Excellent project management skills, including the ability to translate strategic objectives into milestones and tasks, prioritize work and meet deadlines.

· Must have experience in execution of Cloud Transformation Projects and Data (Management, Governance and/or Analytics) Projects

· Strong business centric mindset with sound business judgment, critical thinking, effective problem-solving skills and ability to tailor approach to drive optimal business outcomes.

· Excellent written and verbal communication and influencing skills, with demonstrated ability to effectively interact with senior leaders across the company. Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel & Project.

· Financial forecasting and management.

· Desirable to have experience in pharmaceutical domain – specifically commercial operations.

· Desirable to have experience in executing and delivering BI, Analytics, Data Warehousing and ETL Projects.

· 10 plus years of enterprise project/program management experience.

Bachelors or Masters in Business, Engineering or Computer Science
