•       6+ Years of Experience as QA Analyst/Tester

•       Domain experience in Insurance- Property and Casualty(P&C)

•       Workers Compensation Insurance understanding is a good to have

•       Full knowledge of Software Testing Life cycle and Agile methods

•       Knowledge of Test Management Tools like QA Complete,HP ALM,Jira or others

•       Hands On with Defect Management Tools like Jira , Confluence etc.

•       Well versed with QA methodologies and Processes

•       Ability to work with clients and Onsite/Offshore teams on a day to day basis   

·        Has knowledge on xml based validation

·        Willingness to work on Automation using tools like Test Complete,UFT etc.
