- Should be able to articulate Business requirements into proper user stories
- Should be able to manage and work closely with business stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills is must.

- Well Versed with MDM tools such as Reltio or any other MDM tools
- Have played Product Owner role (Preferred)
- Should have good understanding of Agile & SAFE Principles and Product Owner Role
Should be able to represent MDM team in Program Increment meetings
MDM - Technical Lead
Job Description (include number of years of experience required, technical skills & detailed responsibilities)
1. Interact with Source system owners and design the extract programs based on understanding of the attributes
2. Design the interface for data interchange with SFDC & work with Reltio on feasibility analysis
3. Coordinate with Offshore & upstream/downstream teams in terms of design, architecture, Data related discussions
4. Work with product vendor on any issues/patch fixes
5. Work with Offshore team on requirement walkthrough, detailing & drive solutioning discussions
6. Recommend architectural best practices based on business drivers
7. Review the technology roadmaps in alignment with the MDM roadmap defined by AAP
8. Work with AAP IT Enterprise Architecture group to review architecture, design and incorporate recommendations.
