Job Description
The following will be moved to online SharePoint:
- Approximately 38 site collections
- Approximately 205 sites
- 69 GB storage
- 24K documents
- 2K web pages
- 26 workflows
- 2 resident facing applications (will be using Azure b2c)
- The selected candidate will become a member of the SharePoint Cloud Adoption team and serve as an Online SharePoint and Azure expert. Some of the duties include providing knowledge transfer, attending design and planning meetings, and attending weekly staff meetings.
Description of Work to Be Performed and the Specific Skill Sets Needed:
- The consultant(s) shall have strong knowledge in O365, SharePoint and Azure related to supporting O365/ SharePoint Online (e.g. AzureAD, security, B2B, B2C, and so on).
- Provide consultation, best practices, and guidance with the migration of approximately 38 site collections and 205 sites to SharePoint Online.
- Provide consulting, best practices, and guidance with configuring hybrid solutions (search, taxonomy)
- Provide consultation, best practices, and guidance with the migration of resident facing applications to Azure.
- Provide consultation, best practices, and guidance on configuration, implementation and governance throughout the engagement.
