(A/B test Engineering Manger or SR Web Analyst)
1.A/B testing for site/experience optimization (not in digital advertising) – concepts and experience
2.Hands on experience with A/B tools like Adobe Target (preferred) or similar (Optimizely, SiteSpect etc.)
3.Hands on experience with HTML, javascript, and CSS
4.Working knowledge of web technologies
5.Hands on experience of using web development debugging tools
6.Understanding of KPI’s for ecommerce websites
7.Tagging experience for analytics tools like Adobe Analytics (preferred) or similar Google Analytics
8.Analytical mindset - should be able to build simple reports to monitor A/B tests and identify setup errors
9.Good verbal and written communication skills
