Role: Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Consultant
Location: White Plains NY
Duration of Project: 12+ Months Contract – W2 and C2C.
Job Details:
Independently resolving critical Issue and implementing in Production.
• Implement Process Improvement / automation
• Able to plan, coordinate, review and deploy standard / emergency releases successfully.
• Assists with reporting to track metrics on release compliance and quality
• Works with teams to create Request For Change (RFC) or Change Requests (CRs) as required
• Identifies risk and helps teams create steps to mitigate risk
• Engages appropriately to resolve issues related to a release
• Performs post implementation review and closure
• Manages and communicates incident/service request status to leadership
Create and maintain knowledge artifacts for the team
