Please let me know your thoughts on this exciting opportunity with us.      Role: Datawarehouse Engineer Location: Richardson, TX Duration of Project: 12+ Months C2C and W2.                           Job Details: Must Have Skill set:  Oracle 12g , Teradata , Informatica Powercenter and Unix • Data base management system software - Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle software • Data base reporting software -  Oracle Business Intelligence Discoverer; Oracle SQL Loader • Data base user interface and query software - Microsoft Access; Structured query language SQL; Teradata BTEQ; Transact SQL • Data mining software - IBM Cognos Business Intelligence, Teradata Tpump • ETL Tool - Informatica Powercenter • Operating Systems -Windows and Unix   Roles: • Design, implement, or operate comprehensive data warehouse systems to balance optimization of data access with batch loading and resource utilization factors, according to customer requirements. • Develop data warehouse process models, including sourcing, loading, transformation, and extraction. • Create or implement metadata processes and frameworks. • Create plans, test files, and scripts for data warehouse testing, ranging from unit to integration testing. • Create supporting documentation, such as metadata and diagrams of entity relationships, business processes, and process flow. • Design and implement warehouse database structures. • Develop and implement data extraction procedures from other systems, such as administration, billing, or claims. • Develop or maintain standards, such as organization, structure, or nomenclature, for the design of data warehouse elements, such as data architectures, models, tools, and databases. • Implement business rules via stored procedures, middleware, or other technologies. • Map data between source systems, data warehouses, and data marts.       Thanks & Regards, Praveen Kumar IDC Technologies Inc. 1851 McCarthy Blvd, Suite 112 to 118 Milpitas, CA 95035 Desk: 408-637-5156 Phone: 732-708-3245 E: praveen.kumar1@idctechnologies.com
