Role - Java Technical Lead
Location - Charlotte, NC
Mandatory Skills:-
• Prior Exposure to Utilities Industry and functional areas of Asset and Work Management, Mobile Workforce Management, Customer Service, etc.
• Strong expertise in Java Technology stack
• Strong hands on experience in Mobility UI, Oracle DB, SQL Querying, Enterprise Service Bus (ESB)/Interfaces technology areas
• Exposure Web Methods, Web sphere MQ interface technologies
• Exposure to Infrastructure technologies AIX, LINUX
Preferred Skills:-
• Prior experience in similar product implementation and/or upgrade projects
• Detailed development life-cycle knowledge for requirements, analysis, design, development, testing, end user training and implementation
• Prior experience in planning, scheduling, tracking and status reporting
• Risk mitigation, escalation, prioritization and communication skills
• Team player and customer focused
• Previously played architect/lead role in technical projects
Job Roles/Responsibilities:-
Architect to drive an End to End Upgrade program.
Interface with IT & Business Teams , translate requirements into technical specifications
Define roadmap of upgrade and implementation
Work with Technical ( Development & Testing teams) at Cognizant
Lead a team of developers , provide guidance and Technical Mentoring
