Client is looking for mostly UX Design experience. This would be a long term position and they would be working at Biblioso on Microsoft contracts. They would also have the option to work from home a few days a week.

We are looking for a top-notch Sr. UX/UI Designer, mainly UX in atomic design systems for a long term position at Microsoft in Redmond, WA to help work on our web design system (common set of components and templates across marketing / storytelling and e-commerce experiences) from end to end, with a strong visual design sense that always puts the customer experience first.
You will be both creative and pragmatic, with a passion for quality craftsmanship. You'll have a consistent record of designing and delivering innovative design solutions for a variety of web properties. You should have excellent technical problem-solving skills and be able to multi-task while working with minimal supervision. You should possess a strong, dynamic personality who sees a set of design constraints as a challenge for creativity.
Responsibilities include:
• Partnering with the Art Director, designers, front-end developers, and other team members to create design concepts that visually express attributes of the brand and serve the intended user experience.
• Balancing marketing objectives, the Microsoft brand, and product requirements to creatively adapt them in beautiful meaningful ways.
• Working on a design system end to end
• Staying up to date with the latest design and technology trend
Must have:
• 5yr+ experience
• Fierce attention to detail
• UX and UI experience
• Prototyping experience
• Portfolio with relevant experience
• Expertise in Adobe creative suite
• Experience designing responsive across various viewports (mobile, tablet, desktop)
Nice to have:
• Motion design experience
• IA experience
• Storytelling / content creation experience
• Ecommerce / retail experience
• Experience designing and prototyping in Figma
