Job Position: Senior ADF Developer
Location: Miami, FL

Job Description:
· Must have: 8 years + Software development experience - 3 years + Oracle ADF development experience - 5 years + core Java development experience - SQL
· Design and Development of complex software projects
· Build solutions in an agile workflow
· Review code of other team members and provide technical feedback and/or other mentoring duties
· Scaling software as use of your application grows
· Mentoring others in the organisation
· Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and look for ways to implement new ideas to continually improve your projects
· Qualifications:
· BS in Computer Science or related discipline.
· Minimum 8 years of experience in software development using Java and related technologies. .
· Experienced in Scrum and Agile Methodologies
· Minimum 3 years of recent experience developing solutions using ADF Framework.
· Demonstrated experience with Java including project and dependency management with tools like Maven or Grade
· Proven ability to design scalable web services, preferably RESTful
· Understanding of Java concurrency
· Experience building integrating solutions using Spring Integration or Camel would be nice to have
· Experienced with software practices of Continuous Integration and automated testing.
· Commitment to understanding the business domain
· Commitment to incorporating quality software practices into all phases of the project life life cycle
· Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
· Team player with very good communication skills
· Self-motivated professional who demonstrates strong technical agility and responsiveness and who is eager to learn and grow within a consulting-like Technology Services organisation.
· the environment supports internal needs relating to functionality and performance.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
· Must have: 8 years + Software development experience
· 3 years + Oracle ADF development experience
· 5 years + core Java development experience
· SQL -Candidates must have advance knowledge on how ADF works.
· Not just using ADF (what happens behind the scenes etc
· x2 new ADF/Java roles in Miami
· we can do initial interviews via Zoom as long as the candidates are aware this is an onsite position, remote is not an option.
