Job Description:
 

  • Help Desk support and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Responsible for helpdesk calls, ticket management and processes
  • Resolve daily software and hardware (break/fix) issues
  • Deploy new and upgraded software and applications
  • Setting up new users, systems - including PC's, printers, scanners, etc.
  • Imaging of new systems
  • Maintaining desktop - hardware/software standards
  • Maintenance and support of laptops
