Job Skills:
· 5+ years of IT experience
· UNIX - VI editor, navigation, logs, scripting
· RedHat/Linux - navigation, logs, scripting
· iPlanet
· WildFly
· JBOSS
· Apache
· IBM MQ and WebLogic
· AWS certified
· AWS/re-hydration knowledge
· Jenkins CI/CD pipeline administration

Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of experience in RedHat/Linux Operating Systems, able to diagnose issues and be able to support some limited System Administration functions, write scripts etc...
· Extensive Working knowledge on Middleware Products such as JBOSS, IBM MQ Series, JAVA, Weblogic, Single Sign On, Networks, SSL Cert handling (JAVA Keystore, MQ KeyStore), SSH Key Handling (FSecure and OpenSSH), etc.
· Good Understanding of System Architecture, System Flows and Processes.
· Prior work experience in an environment where interaction was required with multiple teams across various time zones and geographic locations.
Job Duties:
· Deploy & install application code/packages in Production and Non Production environments.
· Participate in Task Plan review calls.
· Follow Change Management Process and Procedures.
· Work w/ Application Development, Middleware, offshore developers, System Administrators and other teams to coordinate all activities and work to debug issues as needed.
· Continue the support of projects related to migration of applications from on-prem to Amazon’s cloud computing platforms and technologies, as well as ongoing severs and Operating System upgrades.
· Resource on occasion will be working after normal business hours, pager rotation, and some weekends via team member rotations as scheduled.
· Need to work closely with all teams, respond to emails and be able to join calls and attend crisis management calls (CMDs) as needed.
· Provide resolution to issues and mitigate problems and be able to work proactively.
· Provide first-tier support to end users for IT applications
· Perform installation of code releases and patches and write scripts or programs for IT applications.
