Required Qualifications:

 

·         Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education.

·         Strong experience in Atlassian suite tools and Integration with DevOps Tools.

·         Extensive hands-on Atlassian tools administration experience including installation, upgrades, plug-in development, and installation and testing, and authentication system integration.

·         Integration experience with Atlassian suite tools with other ITSM Tools like Remedy, Workfront, Rally and Pier.

·         Knowledge on Windows and Linux system administration.

·         Strong experience with Java, J2EE, Web Services, XML. Experience using/extending REST API using Java for Atlassian suite applications.

·         Experience with one or more scripting languages (Groovy, Python, JavaScript).

·         Strong database knowledge, experience on writing complex SQL and JQL queries.

·         Experience with cloud infrastructure using AWS/ Azure.

·         Automated Systems Deployment/Management Expertise.

·         Experience with source version control systems like Git, Bitbucket.

·         Strong ability to learn new technologies in a short time.

·         Must possess well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
