Job Description:

Need to take care of production support activities

Need to work on debugging application code

Need to perform code fixes and enhancements

Deployment of code from dev to stage and to production environments

Support for ETL, UNIX and BO code production migrations.

Leading the team to work on production issues, fixes and value adds.

Need to be an application POC during business hours for business users and IT Team.

Working on Incidents raised by business/IT teams

Position summary: 

 

Business Analyst in HR System implementations. Good Communication

Ability to analyze business situations

Excellent organizational/communication skills and attention to detail.

 

5-7 years of experience as a business analyst in HR System implementations

Should have strong experience on General HR and Payroll functions

Document the current business processes and identify areas of improvement

Requirements gathering and analysis

Identify the current system dependencies and documenting them

Stakeholder Management

Assist in business case development

Build test cases and participate in UAT

Excellent writing and communication skills

Ability to work independently and with others
