Job Title: Scrum Master - (P&C Insurance) Location: Naperville, IL Duration: Long Term Job Description : Act as Scrum Master for 1 to 2 teams with a focus on guiding the team to continuous improvement Lead by example as a servant leader Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies without assigning or dictating work Assist the Product Owner in their efforts to manage the backlog and guide the team while facilitating a healthy team dynamic with respect to priorities and scope. Help the Product Owner manage customer expectations, stakeholder communications, and with proper user story creation Act as the connection between the team and the rest of the company to minimize interruptions to the sprint, keeping the team focused on delivering a quality product on time Maintain relevant metrics that help the team see how they're doing Keep projects moving by making sure schedules, technical requirements, resources, and communication are in sync.
