Position: Senior Desktop Engineer
Location : Andover, MA
Duration:12+months
Job Description:
· Handle daily technical support activities on desktop support, Printer, data network (LAN/WAN/VoIP) and basic server support
· Ability to handle Endpoint Patching, OS Imaging, Software distribution
· Setup desktop computers, Laptops, peripherals and test network connections.
· Install and test software for various applications and programs.
· Solve issues related to systems software and hardware.
· Develop and manage effective professional working relationships with contractor personnel, co-workers and clients.
· Adhere to policies as per corporate manuals and directives.
· Order or buy computer system hardware as per process and process. Liaise with purchase and supplies department.
· Maintain computer peripheral devices like printers and resolve associated problems.
· Should be very good in end user interactions, problem analysis, communication and handling CXO Level queries.
· Report updates to Data Center Manager and maintain high level of client satisfaction
