JD:
-    At least 7 years of technical hands-on experience on .Net
-    At least 7 years of technical hands-on experience on MSSQL, batch process
-    Knowledge of architectural frameworks and design principles
-    Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment 
-    Planning and Co-ordination skills
-    Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
