Fair understanding of Order Management and Execution Systems (OMS and EMS) in an investment banking business. Strong analytical and reasoning skills to visualize compliance rules from end to end in an investment banking trading environment. Able to code and maintain the rules in general and specific to different asset classes like Equity, Fixed Income, Futures and FX; and to the fund investment objectives. Good understanding of Investment Oversight functions and activities for different asset classes. Good Understanding of various trade related rules and regulations for NA and fair understanding of EMEA and APAC rules applicable to trades. Support onboarding new rules and harmonizing with existing rules. Understand and optimize existing rule universe. End to end testing of the rules and co-ordinate with the team (for Dev, UAT and Prod parallel testing). Ability to identify and establish the rule resources like data from multiple sources, calculations, limits and handling of system and data exceptions. Able to define triggers, warnings and alerts; investigate and resolve issues and exceptions.    Ability to co-ordinate with Traders and Trade Support group to resolve the issues.
