Must Have Skills (Top 3 technical skills only)
1. At least 12 years of experience in Oracle PLSQL, Database Performance Tuning, Data Warehousing Unix shell scripting, SQL scripting
2. Expertise Oracle 11g, 12c with strong skills in concepts and architecture. Should have good knowledge of data modeling
3. Unix Perl Shell scripting
Nice to have skills (Top 2 only)
1. Experience to Healthcare and Retail domain
2. Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
Role and Responsibility:
• Requirement Gathering, Analysis
• Architecture and Design of application and Data Model design.QA support
• Warranty Support and Knowledge Transition
• Client Interfacing, Offshore Coordination and Mentoring
• Will be working closely with Onsite Oracle Dev Lead for project(s) in Pharmacy Datawarehouse domain.
• Will have to co-ordinate with Onsite/Offshore developers, and Business analysts and Client IT managers.
Qualifications Basic
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
• At least 12 years of experience with Information Technology.
Experience required:
• At least 12 years of experience in Oracle PL/SQL, Database Performance Tuning, Data Warehousing Unix shell scripting, SQL scripting
• Expertise Oracle 11g, 12c with strong skills in concepts and architecture. Should have good knowledge of data modeling
• Unix/Perl Shell scripting
• Strong SQL skills
• Should have experience in SQL Tuning, Data Pumps, Schema Design (transactional and data warehouse environments)
• Should have worked on - Table, Functions, Indexes, Table Partitioning, Collections, Analytical functions, Materialized Views, Query Re-Write
• At least 10 years of experience in software development life cycle.
• At least 10 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
• At least 3 years of experience in Design and architecture review.
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
• Experience to Healthcare and Retail domain
• Analytical skills
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
Top 3 responsibilities:
1. 1.Architect Rules engine DB layer for applications within the client portfolio. Work closely with the business analysts and project management team to design and architect highly scalable systems to meet the business requirements.
2. 2.Coach and mentor Oracle Developers define and develop architecture standards and best practices, evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools, and provide technical leadership on development projects.
