a. Primary skill? Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, Creating High level design, solution and architectural design for the module etc. 

b. Years of experience? 3 to 5 years 

c. Degree or specialized training is required/preferred? No 

d. Top three skills required? Java – frontend and backend, Shell scripts, Oracle PL/SQL
