•             Windows Server Administration, support activities
•             Active monitoring
•             High availability Monitoring and Support
•             Proactive maintenance
•             Performance tuning
•             Release/change/problem/incident management
•             Backup & recovery
•             New Server Builds - Install Unix/ Linux Servers (Physical/VM) and configure them as per specification
