- Administer, monitor, and manage Web Servers, SharePoint Server Farms, and all other web-related on premises and cloud systems
- Lead projects from a technical perspective
- Provide a source of expertise in incorporating and implementing Web solutions including, but not limited to, SharePoint, Project Server, Linux, and Salesforce and other SaaS products.
- Provide support in enhancing the Web Systems Infrastructure's operation and performance
- Support infrastructure and administration needs of other CMS tools, such as Umbraco
- Salesforce Administrators will also:
- Serves as Lead Salesforce Administrator. Works with Salesforce Developers to create Salesforce process automations including those with Process Builder, visual workflow and approval tools, formulas, validation and/or summary roll-up fields as appropriate.
- Works with project manager, administrators, and developers to coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new Salesforce dashboard development requests
The ideal candidate must possess all of the following:
- Requires one of the following:
- Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in computer science, web development, information systems or related field of study and (3) years of system administration or equivalent experience, OR
- Associate's with an emphasis in computer science, web development, information systems or related field of study and three (3) years of system administrator or equivalent experience, OR
- High school diploma or equivalent and four (4) years of system administrator or equivalent experience
- Three (3) years of experience in SharePoint 2010+ administration
- Two (2) years of experience with creating and managing PowerShell scripts
- Three (3) years of technical experience in a Windows-based operating systems & support role
- Four (4) years of experience with Windows Server 2008+
- Advanced knowledge of virtualization, SharePoint 2007-2016, IIS, MS Project Server, Active Directory, Exchange, and SQL Server
- Up to 10% domestic travel
