Open Bid- Ideal candidates will have experience as a Business Analyst ideally in both a waterfall and Scrum environment. Great communication skills are a must. Experience in Jira, Confluence, and Stories on Board are preferred. Life insurance industry experience is a plus, but not required. Ideal candidate will have previous experience working with business intelligence, data warehousing and reporting.
We are currently looking for a contract Business Analyst to work in our Des Moines locations. Responsibilities include:
- Facilitating discovery sessions related to data and reporting projects.
- Documenting needs/wants based on input from business partners.
- Organizing requirements for easy consumption and and readiness for technical design.
- Maintaining and grooming the product backlog.
