Urgent role   Role: Java/J2EE Developer Location: Waukesha, WI Required Skills: ·       4-6 years software development and integrated solution development experiences ·       Strong knowledge of Object Oriented Analysis and Design, Software Design Patterns and Java coding principles ·       Ability and willingness to innovate and learn new technologies quickly. ·       Ability to deliver rapid iterations of software features.  ·       Adaptable to change. ·       Fluency in Java programming and JavaScript is a must. ·       Has the ability to take ownership of small tasks and deliver without supervision while using their discretion to seek help when necessary ·       Voices opinions and presents clear rationale. Uses data or factual evidence to influence ·       Recognizes collaborative behavior and participates in collaborative activities ·       Learns organization vision statement and decision-making framework.
