Job Description:-
•Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
•At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
Preferred
•At least 4yrs of technical experience in telecom OSS/BSS domain, with a minimum of two Conceptwave/Ericsson Order Care end-to-end implementations for large scale operators.
•Proven expertise in -Ericsson Order Care,Ericsson Catalog Manager,Order Negotiator,Order Manager,Service Registry,Orchestration framework and IWS.
•Broad understanding of business technology, telecom networks, and data structure.
•Experience in guiding the team technically and has work closely with offshore team acting as a communication medium between the client and offshore.
•Have technical knowledge in software development, methodologies, and design. Experience in Scrum/Kanban is favorable.
•Highly effective at communicating and collaborating across multiple team.
•Ensure compliance to processes set by clients.
•Ability to work in a collaborative multi-application team environment.
•Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
•Extensive knowledge of IT / Telecom solutions including: Voice Data networks, MPLS, Mobility Solutions Applications, Unified Communications, Cloud Computing, SaaS, IaaS, Contact Center Applications etc.
•Analytical skills
•Planning and Co-ordination skills
•Experience with project management
•Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel
