Job Description:
We are in need of a senior (10 years +) Technical SalesForce Architect with experience in Lightning. Candidates must have a Salesforce Advanced Developer certification.
Important technical skills:
1) Apex
2) Salesforce Lightning custom components
3) Salesforce Integration patterns
4) Rest and Soap webservices
5) Salesforce CTI integration
Responsibilities:
Effectively collaborate with business consultants, project team and client resources to determine technical and functional requirements
Deliver scalable, high-quality Salesforce services in support of our company mission
Design, develop, test, and document scalable, high-quality business solutions on the Salesforce platform
Recommend alternate approaches, analyze impacts, and provide sizing estimates
Lead Salesforce developers in the project team
Lead design sessions
Design and document creative, highly innovative solutions
Conduct design and code reviews
Maintain system KPIs to track trends in usage and data integrity
Help team ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures
Keep up with current technology trends
Assess and make recommendations on processes, designs, operations, and testing
Must Have Qualifications:
Salesforce Advanced Developer certification
Superior Salesforce development skills, including Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, REST, APIs, SOQL, Javascript, CSS, and HTML
Understanding of all aspects of Salesforce, and deep knowledge in Service Cloud
Deep understanding of scalable solutions and Salesforce best practices
Proven track record of delivering scalable, high-quality solutions
Experience working with third-party applications that integrate with Salesforce
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Ability to pick up new skills quickly
Preference for working in teams
Willingness to take direction
Ability to take initiative as needed
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management
Understanding of testing and release processes
Track record of creativity and innovation
Good to Have Qualifications:
Experience with using IDE and GIT
Knowledge of DevOps tools such as Artifactory, Selenium, Jenkins is highly desirable
5+ years of experience with integrations third party applications
Familiarity with security concepts (authentication, authorization, encryption, digital signature), SSL, web service proxies, firewall, SAML 2.0, OpenId Connect, OAuth 2.0)
Experience with Noble open CTI
Experience implmenting Salesforce Omni Channel
Knowledge of Agile development practices
