·         in charge of HFM and DRM system

·         support month and year end close

·         looking for someone to act as her backfill. she will be moving to another project for the next 9 months

·         making any updates to the metadata changes.

·         needs to know how to write rules

·         any updates to report

·         follow the workflow process during the month.

·         managing the workflow tool. easily taught-process is covered by Sox

·         provide support and giving access to the users

·         heavy communication with users especially in month end.

 

·         prefer on site

·         interview process: minimum 1 interview most likely 2

·         Target start date on site by after the holidays.

·         Right now the rates are staying put.

Important Skills

Technical – Hyperion Financial Management, Hyperion Financial Data Quality Management experience, Hyperion version 11.1.2.X

Soft –good communication, work independently

Hours / Shift: 8a-5p

Notes:  local candidates preferred, corp to corps are okay

 

Must haves:

      Minimum 7 years hands-on Hyperion Financial Management and Hyperion Financial Data Quality Management application development and support experience incorporating project and team management 

      Minimum 7 years’ experience designing and delivering Hyperion based solutions to consolidation, forecasting and management reporting requirements 

      Minimum 5 years’ experience supporting end-user processes (e.g. Close, Budget, Forecast) 

 

Plus:

      Hyperion Planning/Essbase is a plus

      Version 11.1.2.x is a plus

 

Day to Day:

This person will support Hyperion for the upcoming Takeda integration. We have filled similar roles in the past and this will likely move quickly.

 

Description:

 

Title: HFM Administrator II 

Description: 
• Responsible for ensuring that the HFM application is performing optimally at all times 
• Ensure support and development service that meets or exceeds existing SLA’s 
• Ensure all development activity is compliant with change control procedures and is rigorously tested 
• Where appropriate, ensure change procedures comply with SOX controls 
• Provide a technical support and development service for each of these applications. This will involve gaining a detailed understanding of the application structures, the business processes they support and the requirements of a diverse user base 
• Maintaining and operating HFM business rules, reports and forms 
• Maintaining metadata (via DRM), FDM maps and managing data transfers between applications including HFM 
• Access control and development of the security model 
• End User support 


Experience requirements: 

• Minimum 7 years hands-on Hyperion Financial Management and Hyperion Financial Data Quality Management application development and support experience incorporating project and team management 
• Minimum 7 years’ experience designing and delivering Hyperion based solutions to consolidation, forecasting and management reporting requirements 
• Minimum 5 years’ experience supporting end-user processes (e.g. Close, Budget, Forecast) 
• Prior experience working with Hyperion Planning/Essbase an advantage but not mandatory. Training will be provided 
• Experience on Hyperion version 11.1.2.X is desirable
