Job Responsibilities: · Follow a zero-defect mindset in developing, maintaining, testing and deploying software · Ensure successful Salesforce project deployments, working in conjunction with other development and production support team members · Responsible for source code management including check-in, code merges, and branch management. · Participate and guide activities in programming, system testing, documentation, and deployment according to Halliburton’s development and change management standards · Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications · Identify and troubleshoot production and non-production application issues · Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve complex problems impacting service levels · Identify and recommend opportunities of improvement for established business processes and solutions Key Skills: · IT solutions experience with 4+ years focused in Salesforce including experience with lightning component development · Certified in Platform Developer 1 · Experience designing test plans, performing unit testing, and writing test classes to ensure proper code coverage · Excellent knowledge of integration design and development best practices, governor limits and code reviews · Experience in Service Cloud, Communities, and AppExchange products |
