Responsibilities
  • Part of the RPA deployment project team
  • Leads process walk throughs, understands process nuances and gathers requirements
  • Creating the process definitions used for automation after assessing optimization opportunities
  • Develops As-Is and To-Be process maps
  • Works with IT and RPA teams where required to prepare documentation (FRD/BRD) for handing over to the RPA development teams
  • Accelerating Scalability and usability assessment

Preferred qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in related technology/business domain

Preferred skills:
  • Possesses Subject Matter Domain Expertise
  • Understanding of the RPA software capabilities used for automation
  • Strong process mapping background
  • Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement experience
