Any Independent Visas are only preferred. Position Description:  SR SQL Developer Excellent communication skills, data analysis, extensive utilization of DTS/SSIS for data transformation and loading of data, understanding of data modeling concepts, ability to understand and work with complex data models. BASIC FUNCTION: Performs ETL processes to move data from one source to another using multiple platforms Builds SSIS packages to automate reports Fine tunes queries to improve performance Quality check and verify data to maintain accuracy Builds optimized SQL tables for data ingestion projects ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Comply with HIPAA, Diversity Principles, Corporate Integrity, Compliance Program policies and other applicable corporate and departmental policies. Maintain complete confidentiality of company business. Maintain communication with management regarding development within areas of assigned responsibilities and perform special projects as required or requested. Work closely with customers to build relationships; and continuously gaining a deeper understanding of government programs data in order to meet business needs. Analyze complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers; identifying and interpreting trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences . JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor Degree (Computer Science preferred) and 4 years of experience in data analysis and information reporting data OR 6 year experience in data analysis and information reporting data. Experience utilizing SQL, SAS, Teradata, SSIS or other reporting tools / languages. Communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences both in written and verbal form. Lead projects and junior analyst. Initiative to solve complex problems; takes an outside -in perspective to identify innovative solutions. May lead functional teams or projects or decisions to support business needs for reporting and insights. Work with both internal and external data. Verify accuracy of reports and provide insights.
