Position Scrum Master
Location Dover,New Hamshire
Duration 12+ Months
Only Locals onsite interiew is mandatory.
Required Skills :
Scrum Master experience and financial services background
Must haves:
Servant Leadership, ability to drive projects and keep teams on pace with their releases, ability to talk with senior leaders, 5+ years of actual Scrum Master experience (not just a certification and doing Project Management work), ability to work with many other Scrum Masters, willingness to learn and not try to be the “smartest person in the room”, basically needing an experience, humble, scrum master with no ego.
o Need to have Insurance or Financial Service experience
o Experience supporting multiple different scrum teams (not just 1)
o Ability to work in a hybrid environment (but primarily agile)
o Ability to coach from behind (they don’t want things to be called out in the middle of a stand up for coaching points, but rather the ability to pull someone aside and provide suggestions)
o Scrum Master certified
Nice to haves:
o Merger & Acquisition experience
o Team coach certification (CTC)
