Job Description
 SDLC Backend Development Coach description notes:
• Hands on Architect/Lead Developer to focus on the backend development process within Arthur’s Team – Build standards, formalize process, drive collaboration, enhance delivery & execution
• Little bit of Agile Development, Review Code
• Need core strong Java Spring background 
• Need to have very strong soft skills and the ability to build trust & work collaboratively with many different types of people across dev teams 
• Strong communication skills, ability to think/work strategically but also directly with the developers
• Need to have 10+ years of development experience and will be working very closely with developers
• Will not be doing hands on development but will be working directly with developers on process and development workflow across both onshore and offshore teams
• Need to be passionate about Backend Development and current Java standards and framework
• Experience with integration and development best practices
