REST Web Services (Jax/Jax-RS, Spring Web Services, Spring Boot, Jersey)
Angular (JS. or v2+)
jQuery
SQL
JUnit or TestNG (might not be on resumes, validate they can unit test their own code)
Docker (huge plus, helpful if some people have some exposure to this, senior role especially)
