MGR notes:
we are basically looking for a solid full stack development lead that has Spring Boot / front end skills. In addition, someone who has led offshore teams. 
Technology is going to consist of your normal Java Full Stack technologies, but the Spring Boot experience is going to be important. The offshore work won’t hit right away, but will take place down the road (about 3-4 months)
