• Must have CRM
• 4-5 years with at least 3 years in Pharma SFA/CRM domain      
• Works with client to define/refine business requirements and prioritize to meet client-defined timelines.
• Contribute to the project plan
• Liaises with the technical resources
• Creates weekly status reports and conduct weekly internal/client review sessions
• Enables meetings through planning, scheduling and coordination
