Position               Agile Program Manager

Must have Skills :
3+ years of experience in Agile software delivery
1+ years of experience in leading large-scale Agile/SAFe transformation
 
Responsibilities:
Manage, coordinate and track delivery through the value stream and into release trains
Establish program cadence, standards and drive program level ceremonies
Assist in preparation and facilitation of PI planning sessions across value streams and release trains
Assist teams in defining epics and capabilities
Facilitate value stream prioritization of epics and assist with execution and epic completion tracking
Facilitate periodic retrospective meetings across the program
Escalate and track impediments, risks and dependencies across value streams and release trains
Collaborate with portfolio and program stakeholders to gain alignment across value streams
Provide hands on coaching to teams across all aspects of scrum, kanban and agile at scale
Support and encourage healthy program communication across all levels of the enterprise for small to medium-sized value streams; act as a communications hub between the Portfolio, Program and Agile Team level roles and activities.
Facilitate the program level cross-team collaboration activities such as Scrum of Scrums
Drive continuous improvement across teams
Establish Agile metrics and KPIs across the enterprise.
