Role: SDET Architect

Job Description:
SR SDET /Architect Hand on experience in Automation using Selenium C#., NET.
Understanding of Automation Framework Primary responsibility is to provide technical leadership and strategic direction for their testing organization Must have meaningful experience, interpersonal skills, objectivity, strong problem solving skills;
Understands software development and can work with developers to ensure that the test approaches align with development approaches The Test Architect understands testing at a very in-depth level and is responsible for things such as:
- Designing test frameworks for test automation and testing in general o Directing and coordinating the implementation of test automation and other test tools
- Designing test environments
- Providing guidance on the selection of the most effective test design techniques in a given situation
- Providing guidance on technical types of testing such as performance testing and security testing
- Designing methods for the creation of test data o Coordinating testing with release processes
Role: Automation Tester
Location: Thousand Oaks CA

Qualifications & Experience:
- 8-12 years' experience in Quality assurance – different kinds of testing including Automation testing Scripting/coding experience using test automation tools for functional and regression testing - Selenium Webdriver (Core Java), TestNG, Maven, Bamboo, BitBucket, JIRA.
- BDD experience in tools such as Cucumber
- Hands-on experience with testing web applications, especially AngularJS – REST multi-tier applications
- Hands on experience in implementing Page object framework or equivalent
- Web services testing and automation– SOA, Rest API
- No-SQL experience (such as MongoDB) nice to have
- Good experience working in Agile teams
- Strong written/oral communication skills; ability to articulate thoughts/opinions on tools/processes clearly
- Ability to work seamlessly as part of a multi-site, multicultural engineering team Responsibilities:
- Review business requirements and specifications for consistency in quality standards and preparation for automation scripting and testing
- Identify issues in framework / test processes and suggest / implement improvements
- Track the overall testing progress, health and report to client management in a timely manner
- Architecting and implementing automation framework level enhancements and solutions
- Maintain and improve automation framework and create required usability documentation
- Solving complex code problems to maintain an error free, minimal maintenance test automation solution
- Writing automation scripts for Java Services and REST services using open source automation tools
- Execute automation scripts for both functional and regression tests
- Automate Data Validation Tests
- Work with DevOps team to create/maintain automated nightly build verification test (BVT)
- Analyze issues/defects and work with various teams until closure
- Work flexible hours to support and collaborate with a cross location global teams
